I tried to get a Dara Torres clip into my pod today, but NBCOlympics uses Silverlight and doesn't provide an embed code. Predictably sad and pathetic, that.

I'm not sure I totally buy into Olafur Eliasson's work.
Dancing fool Matt Harding takes his jig on the road -- for the third time. But the videos of folks joining him are pretty wonderful, I have to say.

"The image is digitally manipulated by fragmenting it into horizontal lines and then combining lines from different frames in the display. The result is a distorsion of the figures caused by their motion in time, or, as Brazilian researcher Arlindo Machado calls it: chronotopic anamorphosis."
